Condo 2950 is located on the 9TH FLOOR with BEAUTIFUL OCEAN & BEACH VIEWS from the HUGE BALCONY which is accessed both from the living room and one of the bedrooms. Just open the sliding glass doors, sit on the balcony and relax to the comforting sounds of the beautiful sea. It will SLEEP UP TO 6 PEOPLE with a king in the master bedroom 2 double beds in the second bedroom. Featuring a LARGE KITCHEN WITH COOKTOP, which has all the pots and any dinnerware you will need for those days when you just want to cook and dine in. Plus there is a WASHER/DRYER LOCATED WITHIN THE CONDO so you can keep those swimsuits and beach towels dry for every day use during your stay.
SAND DUNES RESORT FEATURES MANY OCEAN FRONT AMENITIES! Enjoy the beach, large pool, lazy river, splash station & kiddie pool which are all located ocean front! Summary: Couldn’t ask for anything better! Great response when reached out to property manager. Condo had everything we needed for a 4 day mini vacation. Linen service was on spot. Location is very centric - beach right on property, near malls, food markets, restaurants, Broadway on Beach and the Boardwalk. I would definitely stay on this Condo again - it was such a good experience we checked for Labor Day weekend buy unfortunately it was booked. I recommend this Condo 100%!

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week in early October.... Weather can always be questionable in early October, but this Sand Dunes condo was great. Perfect for 3-4 people.

Summary: Brought our three teens this year and was a perfect fit for a family of 5. Super convenient location and very friendly staff. Next door to a Starbucks and half a mile to shops and grocery store. Used the smart TVs to watch all our shows and teens could easily hook up gaming consoles. Great communication with quick replies when we had questions about the property. Loved having the key code entry so we didn’t need any keys and could come and go as we pleased.

Summary: We were only given 2 parking passes. Was told they would be here in morning between 10 and 10:30. Called at 11. Was told he was on his way. At noon we still did not have them We left for beach and they were on our door when we got back. We were only given 2 pool bands for 4 people. Listing said there was a dvd player. We did not bring ours but did bring movies. No dvd player in the condo. Called and was told owner knew there was no DVD player. There was not one scrap of toilet paper in entire condo. Have never rented a place that had zero toilet paper. Just a little would have been nice. These are smallish issues but made the place a little less than perfect.
