This is a wonderful cottage in the heart of Adirondack mountains with beautiful private spring fed pond.

This is a great place to get away from the big cities and enjoy fabulous activities such as hiking with gorgeous Hiking Trails at High Falls of the Big Salmon River, water activities (kayaking with 2 onsite kayaks for 4 persons, swimming with lifejackets, fishing...) and winter activities (skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling at the famous Mt Titus Ski Resort, ice-skating at the pond) and golfing at the famous Malone Golf Club with 36 Championship Golf Holes designed by Robert Trent Jones. Heaven!

This is a wonderful cottage in the heart of Adirondack mountains with the beautiful private spring fed pond on site and bigger lakes around the area.
As you walk onto the property, there is a garage on the left for one mid-sized car and a parking space, a nice lawn and beautiful patio on deck to look out onto the water. The second parking space on the opposite side of the property. The entrance to the home through sliding glass doors leads you into the open concept living room & dining room with a large stone gas fireplace and comfortable furniture and décor. There are beautiful pictures and windows throughout that look into the forest and the pond. The first bedroom is straight ahead on the left after the living room next to the 3-piece bathroom (sink, toilette, and bathtub). The first bedroom has a small deck and staircase leading out. The kitchen is off of the dining room / living room. It is part of the original century cabin. It is small but a very functional space with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and roll away dishwasher with a chopping block top. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots, pans cutlery and small appliances (coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, electric can opener etc.). The second bedroom leads off the kitchen heading towards the lake with two large picture windows facing the great forest and an electric fireplace. The office is off the second bedroom facing the lake. It is a very tranquil place to work from. The office is accessed through the second bedroom. There is a small dock down by the water with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the incredible sunsets and stars by the water. Come and enjoy the Heaven!

Summary: Our group loved the location. A beautiful, quiet spot was exactly what we wanted. Evenings with the fireplace were a big plus.

Summary: Although the house was lovely and fit our needs well, the true gem of this property is the pond! There was a small penninsula on the water with chairs, table, and firepit. The spring fed pond was quite special for swimming and for simply hanging out by. We would definitely return here.

Summary: Quaint cottage that offers lots of quiet moments. The fireplace is inviting (although we didn't get to use it as it was June) and the office space was a perfect spot to catch up some reading. I wish I was writing the next great novel because this would be the place to do it. A quick jaunt across the road (which is dirt) and you make your way down to the dock positioned on an absolutely beautiful, serene pond. Just sitting listening to the wildlife was soothing. If this place doesn't satisfy your need to escape the outside world then there isn't much else that can.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay very much! Clean cabin, cozy, wifi and all the kitchen appliances make it such a worry free stay. Only 15 minutes to Titus Ski resort. Beautiful lake view.
