Breathtaking views of the marina below and the ocean in the distance, located on the 10th floor with unbeatable views, this high rise condo has everything you're looking for and more! Whether you are taking a family trip, working nearby, or a romantic getaway, you will have so much at your fingertips and feel right at home. In your backyard you will find short drives to Santa Monica (Santa Monica pier, third street promenade, plus lots of great dining and shopping) Malibu, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown LA, and LAX airport. This central location is a great place to stay for your entire time or venture out throughout the LA area for work, visiting friends, shopping, dining at one-of-a-kind restaurants, and so much more.
Located in the sought-after location of Marina Del Rey, CA and Venice Beach within walking distance, you will find our luxurious and upscale high-rise condos in a fantastic community with someone. The amenities in the building include three heated pools, a salon, daytime café and evening restaurant, full bar, laundry facilities, Postal Service, convenience store, room service, and for an extra charge: private tennis club, racquetball courts, very large gym with free weights machines, aerobics, steam rooms, saunas, massages, and Jacuzzis. If available, the owner would be happy to take you for a tour on his boat that is parked down at the marina.
The condo is fully remodeled with gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Two spa-like bathrooms; one has walk in shower with waterfall and sprayer features, bidet, and the other has a gorgeous marble tub/shower. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the entire living room hallway, and master bedroom providing you spectacular views from the moment you wake up until you go to sleep (remote controlled black out roller shades will ensure you have a restful night's sleep). You may choose to lounge on the outdoor furniture in the very large balcony/patio overlooking the marina. Gorgeous imported Italian granite countertops, modern custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances create a welcoming upscale kitchen open for you to entertain, make your favorite meals, or just reheat some leftovers. You will find all of the best kitchen appliances and gadgets and everything you could need during your stay. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, provide a comfy and cozy night's rest with comfortable king- (master bedroom) and queen Murphy bed (guest room) and luxurious linens and a very large master closet. The second bedroom also serves as a two person home office with high speed wifi. You'll find flat screen television for you to enjoy the use of during your stay.

Summary: We stayed 42 days after selling our home and needing an intermediary place to live. We enjoyed our Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s celebration at the facility. The residents were friendly and helpful. Great location centrally located in Marina del Rey. I would highly recommend but book early as demand is high.

Summary: The pictures are accurate depictions of the property. Our host Brooke was amazing. She listened to our requests for additional lighting in the second bedroom as both me and my wife planned to work extensively during our stay. We had minor issues with internet speed however Brooke got them addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. I would love to come back for another extended stay or vacation.

Summary: As soon as you open the front door it’s a WOW ! The view of the marina out to the Pacific Ocean is beautiful as well as the condominium itself. The area is a wonderful place to walk and explore, so close to parks, great restaurants and shopping on Abbot Kinney. There were many days we did not use our car. One unexpected surprise was the amazing Marina City Club restaurant in our complex that delivered great dinners right to our door . Add a nice bottle of wine and some music out on the large deck overlooking the Marina and you have a perfect evening ! We found the Marina City Club residents to be very active and friendly. It seems to be a strong tennis community with lots of lessons and games for every level. We were able to get a court every morning for a good workout. We also thought Brooke, our property manager, did a terrific job helping us navigate our arrival. She also made sure everything ran smoothly and was always available for any questions that we had. Thank you Brooke, you are the best !

Summary: This is a super well-located spot with access to all of Los Angeles best attractions. It's right on the 26 mile coastal bike path that runs from Torrance Beach to Malibu and it's right near Venice Beach and Santa Monica. The marina views are spectacular and the condo boasts super amenities. Our property manager was extremely responsive and made our stay a five star experience.

Summary: I cannot even explain how great our experience was. The property manager was great to work with and helped us with every little detail--we love her! We had such a good time in Marina del Rey! This beautifully remodeled condo with view of the marina/ocean made our trip! We loved the quality furnishings and design of the space, spending time out on the balcony and walking along the marina every evening. It was so sad to leave. We will definitely be back!!!!
