Welcome to our gorgeous home! Located a one minute drive from the Youghiogheny Lake, this home is perfect for couples, families, and big groups.
The space
Our home is nestled quietly into the woods, making it the ideal spot for a retreat from it all. We have two bedrooms with California King beds as well a loft area with another California King and a Queen bed as well as extra air mattresses. A fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and living room will be waiting for you as well. While you stay, be sure to take full advantage of the huge yard and fire pit.
The property is just down the road from the lake. This is the perfect property for a summer retreat or to stage for early morning hunting or skiing trips.
The house is also just thirty minutes from Seven Springs Ski Resort, bicycling and white water rafting at Ohiopyle, and the famous Falling Water house by Frank Lloyd Wright.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property except for the garage. This includes a huge yard, two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living space. There is plenty of parking space and no noisy neighbors nearby.
Other things to note
Please do not throw parties in my home. This house has a good deal of sentimental value to my Brother and I, and we have had people damage it in the past.
The neighborhood is mostly vacation homes. Our house is extremely private, so you don't need to worry. We recommend you bring everything you need for your stay as there are not a ton of shopping options nearby. If you do find that you need a few items, there is a grocery store and a few restaurants in the town of Confluence, which is about 15 mins from the house.
The house is also just about 30 mins from Seven Spring Ski resort, and only 20 mins from Ohiopyle which offers beautiful bicycle trails and white water rafting/kayaking.
