Located one block away from the Great Allegheny Passage, Yough Nest Bungalow offers a riverfront view of the Youghiogheny River. It accommodates two guests with a spacious living area, a small outdoor deck(located in the front), and decor that is modern in style. Being split into two separate units, the front half of the home is reserved for guests and has a view of the river; the back half of the home and side porch are private and are where the owners live. PLEASE BE AWARE if you have allergies or phobias of cats; we have two very friendly cats (Rocket and Slash) that live outside and like to visit with guests on the front porch. Additionally, we provide a variety of snacks, K-cups and and coffee creamer.

Summary: This was a very cozy little place that was clean and well kept. I recommend bringing a space heater during colder months since the owner shares a thermostat with the rented space. This way you can have extra heat without messing with the temperature for everyone. The location was wonderful, right in front of the river. I didn’t realize this is a seasonal town though, so everything pretty much around it was closed. If you just come for the nature though you’ll have a good time hiking and spending time in peaceful nature scenes.

Summary: Brandy's bungalow was perfect for our extended weekend in Confluence. Brandy was super responsive and kind enough to let us check in early so that we could enjoy an extra afternoon on the GAP trail. Awesome riverfront property and easy drive to Ohiopyle. We made new 4 legged friends as well. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Summary: It was overall a great stay. The river and bridges right outside your door with a nice area along the river to walk our pup. Less than 20 minutes from ohiopyle it was nice to have an affordable stay after a long day. The only negative was the furniture in the living room area was not comfortable. Everything else was cozy and clean.
