This townhome provides guests with access to the resort's private waterfront on Lake Placid Lake, while being less than 2 miles from the village. Enjoy this Sentinel Views townhome at a competitive, introductory rate, while surrounding construction is ongoing. Quiet hours from 5pm to 7am ensure peaceful enjoyment in the evenings, with fast-access to the town of Lake Placid for daytime entertainment and dining.
Between October 15th and April 15th, the weather in Lake Placid and the Adirondacks can be unpredictable and is often accompanied by snow. During this time, some of the outdoor amenities at the property may not be available, including outdoor grills, kayaks, canoes, standup paddleboards, lawn furniture, outdoor seating and the like. Summary: Super super nice property, everything is brand new! The only thing I can complain about is that it was placed in the downtown area when we booked and it wasn't where it showed on the map. But overall was a very very nice property.

Summary: Located just 5 minutes from town, this is a brand new property, with lots of space for a large group or multiple families. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the main floor is really inviting with the open-space concept with a nice view and the fireplace. Perhaps a tv on the main level would have been the cherry on top since we often split up between adults upstairs and children in the basement. The surrouding area is still a bit weird as there are a few other houses still in construction, but I guess it will be lovely when all completed. Since we stayed there in the winter, we did not get to try the facilies that the complex offers on the lake. It is well equipped with everything necessary and well labeled. Overall extremely happy with our stay!
