Positive: The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped. The room is comfortable for relaxing, with a large sofa, TV, and table. The only thing missing is a kettle. The bed is very comfortable, and the balcony is quite charming.
Negative: The deposit had to be paid through an external link, even though Booking used to handle compensation for owners themselves, as they have a card imprint for this purpose. We were concerned about using third-party payment links, but without doing so, we wouldn’t receive the check-in instructions... Unfortunately, the host made no effort to understand our concerns. After check-out, the host messaged us, saying we had left the apartment in perfect condition and that the deposit had been refunded... But it didn’t arrive in 2 days, or in 4, or even after 8 days. I asked twice for proof of the refund to provide to my bank, and in response, I encountered EXTREMELY ARROGANT and RUDE communication. It was very unpleasant and upsetting. The host has zero empathy and smiles at you while you’re paying. But if you have any issues after check-out, be prepared to deal with a rude person who sees himself as intelligent and all-powerful.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and surprisingly close to the beaches (only 10 minutes of walking to the nearest one). It's also very near the railway station, which is a huge plus if you plan to travel around, like to Monaco or Cannes. The interior design is both good and functional, and there’s a spacious balcony with sofas. The building is modern as well, and there's a nice coffee machine. Good host with prompt communication.
Negative: The towels are synthetic and leave threads on the skin. There’s no air conditioning, so you have to keep the windows open, but the street is noisy, especially with motorcycles. Surprisingly, there was no kettle provided. Additionally, the cleaning could be improved — light switches, for example, had noticeable layers of dirt around them. There were also issues with lighting; it was very dim, which was okay for the bedroom but problematic for the kitchen.

Positive: Lovely bright modern apartment. Well fitted out. Appreciated having a fan.
Negative: Bedding far too hot for the time of year. Link to access keys didn’t work. No instructions provided for operation of equipment: TV, oven, coffee machine (I have one at home but not as upmarket)
Summary: Enjoyed the stay but was a little frustrating in the beginning. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony.
