Positive: We toured UC Berkeley and this was a great location to walk to the campus.

Negative: The electric outlets need upgrading. When we plugged in our phones, it kept saying "Water Detected" so we had to share a plug. Need water bottles in the room. Cable service is substandard. No guide to show you the names of the channels or shows. No Netflix options. No movies to purchase.
