Summary: The over price breakfast with cold coffe and tea with no one offered to make fresh coffee when complained to 2 people Make coffee and putting in big pots at what i would say 6am and thinking it fresh and hot at 730 is ridiculous. Dinner was great but they put out the bread before people show up i leave that at that. I forgot worst scrambed eggs i ever tasted

Summary: Lovely classic hotel but the service lacks. Two attempts to fix a noisy bathroom fan both failed, no apology and theres a lack of good customer service generally. Some staff are polite and friendly others can’t raise a smile. Hot breakfast items were poor and stone cold, other breakfast items very good. Easily rectified issues but can they be bothered?
