Positive: The beach was beautiful and villas were spacious. The bellmen and waitstaff were also very nice
Negative: The guest services staff were TERRIBLE and rude. We never received housekeeping services and the water was out every day. It was not the fault of the resort but management made sure to tell us it wasn’t their fault that we did not have water 3-4 hours every day and they did NOTHING to accommodate. Every day. Monday - Friday. No water for 3-4 hours. Though it was not their fault it was still a MAJOR inconvenience. They could have at least offered a sunset cocktail or appetizer at the restaurant. ANYTHING other than “not our fault. Sorry for the inconvenience.” I’m not even positive they added the apology. We had a tour all day one day and put our housekeeping sign out. No one came. Instead they just left bags of sheets and towels at our door for us to change our own bedding. I complained and they blamed me for leaving the sign on the door and said it must have blown off. Everything was blame the guest or someone else. Prior to arrival the resort reached out and asked if we wanted to order groceries or book excursions. I replied and said we would love to order groceries and book a car. No one replied. Despite 3 follow up emails. When we arrived I mentioned that no one had responded to me and they blamed me for sending to the wrong email. I explained that I replied to the email THEY sent me. On arrival they were rude. They did not give us any information about the WiFi or anything about the property or bother to tell us we had no water. Everything we asked for, they acted as though it was a burden. They offered to loan a golf cart to drive on the property but we did not want one because we were not wanting to drive especially after cocktails but continued to try to tell us to get a golf cart so they didn’t have to pick us up from our room. It seems like because of the location and beach which are stunning, they don’t feel they have to try. Every time we were at reception, other people were there complaining.
Summary: Anything that can be done to ruin a stay in paradise, the front desk staff will try to accomplish.

Negative: I did not like that the fees that I was giving on Booking, when I got at the Resort it was like $1900 more. Normally what was quoted on Booking be the price with additional tax fees. But thus time was really hi from $3700 to $4900

Positive: Beautiful location, beach was stunning and appreciated that they cleaned it up daily (unlike sandals nextdoor that had lots of washed up seaweed and plastic). Has decent snorkeling from right in front of resort Staff were friendly Both the pools were excellent Lots of options and plentiful supply of sunbeds Was nice to have use of paddle boards/snorkel gear
Negative: Our fridge broke so we had to move villas which was quite annoying and the new one was less nice and had a broken dish washer. For the price paid would expect working, well maintained appliances Both restaurants were nice but vegetarian options very limited and lacking a kids menu
