Always pristine & clean interior. One of the best features of this area of Medford is location and safety. The house is by Mystic River, 5 miles northwest of downtown Boston (6 min driving). Have all type of amenities at walking distance, you can get by easily without a car. Walk at anytime including late night through the area having peace of mind of been in a extremely safe neighborhood. Next to Mystic River reservation, ideal for hiking, biking, picnic area. A 24 hour Gym across the St.

We are green energy fans. Most of the house is powered by Solar panels. Recycling bins available and encouraged. Walls, ceiling & floor temp insulated for ideal temperature (cool in summer & warm in winter) without consuming too much energy from heat and AC system

Summary: Our stay at the Piano apartment was pretty great. The hosts were very responsive to any issues that came up and friendly, too. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Very close to numerous restaurants and stores for any shopping needs.There were enough linens, the heating worked well, the oarking space was wide and the handrails in the stairs were helpful. The internet stregth was great and we were very comfortable staying there for numerous weeks.

Summary: We wanted to take our girls to Salem around Halloween but didn’t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of Salem. This was the perfect spot for our family. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway.

Summary: Very clean apartment. Really convenient for our Billie Eilish concert at TD Garden and quick trip from/to the airport. Owners were very helpful and accommodating to let us drop off our luggage early. Our granddaughter is a musician and was over the moon about the baby grand piano!

Summary: We came to Boston for our son appointments in downtown. This was a perfect fit between price, and the ability to get downtown pretty quickly for appointments.

Summary: The flat was excellent and well placed for access into Boston and beyond. The Orange Line Transit station was 5 minutes walk from the flat and this line runs through North Station where you can take the Commuter Rail system to Manchester-by-the-sea or Concord. Within a 2 minute walk there are supermarkets and fast food outlets too. If looking at this flat as a place to visit Boston and the surrounding area, I would recommend you consider it.

Summary: We all had a great time. Place was clean, well stocked and close to shopping and highways. check in process was easy. The only minor issue was that the mattress was very noisy and springy.

Summary: The property was lovely! A beautiful combination of new and old, the overall feel was very comfortable and welcoming. Couple little things that could be take into consideration for minor improvements/additions: - bed in the master bedroom creaks and squeaks loudly (each time my husband rolled over through the night, the noise would wake me up) A piece of plywood over top of the slats would easily solve the problem. However, the sheets were beautiful and soft, and the mattress was very comfortable! - there was only one dish towel, but no dish cloths. We had one roll of paper towel but couldn’t find more if we would have run out. - the welcome binder I think needs a few updates, but still had very helpful information in it. - the house has 2 units, and the back door of our unit exits to the shared laundry room. The door handle on this door is one like you would find on a bathroom - like you could open it from the outside with a flat headed object, and therefore it would be easy for someone to come in unannounced. We pushed the small kitchen table over against it for some extra security, as it butted against the fridge when we did so. The location is fabulous… many amenities less than a 5 min walk away, including a pharmacy, 2 grocery stores, pet store, coffee shops, restaurants, a gym, and more! We were also about a 10 min walk from the train station that took us right into Boston in about 15 mins. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Kitchen cooking and utensils need updating AC was great Towels and sheets were fine Washer and dryer were fine Three issues: maintenance workers just walked in the house while we were there, Parking was confusing and the $15/day should have been included Checking was way too confusing

Summary: Place was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was available. Location wise also very centrally located and easy to get to whatever we needed. We found out closer to check in that parking on site was available for a daily fee. Would have appreciated knowing this at the time of booking.
