Positive: guest relation service was a spot on. The lady was really trying to take care about everything we needed and to keep us informed. Room was always kept clean - cleaning on daily basis. Arabic food was really nice and tasty.
Negative: the hotel has maintenance problem. The door know of the hotel room was damaged, toilet fixtures were falling off during our stay there. Shower doesnt have proper fall for the water so when showering the whole bathroom even the toilet was wet. Water in the bathtub was not having strong enough flow. Door of the bathroom couldnt close totally. Guest service is very slow we were waiting for more than an 1.5h to get the room keys. Same happened with our extra blanket we have asked - 4 times called the reception and one time went personally - after 2 hours blanket came, it was really late at night. on the main restaurant the birds are constantly pooping on the eating table as there is no shades even though its nice sitting under the three it seemed not so hygienic and sometimes also disgusting. Tiles in the pools fell off, especially in the lazy river pool almost 20% of the tiles were missing and is very dangerous when someone is walking as they can get hurt. Pool hygiene was not forbidding small kids without diapers to swim so there was every second day one of the pools is closed as someone pooped in the pool. also people were going in sleeveless shirts and sometimes even with underpants and shorts instead of swimming suits when asked the Guard if this is allowed he said that it is and that it is not a problem. International food needs an international Chef for the recepie as per our opinion.
Summary: Clean but a lot of repair needed to facilities and room. Slow service.

Summary: Overpriced have stayed in similar better resorts. It was ok bit far from places like Sheraton street and old bazaars.

Positive: This was my second stay at Grand World Water, and once again it was an incredible experience! 💙 From the moment we arrived, the reception team gave us a very warm welcome. Special thanks to Daniela – Guest Relation Manager and Ereen 🙏 for their kindness and professional support that made us feel at home right away. 🌟 The restaurants were truly amazing 🍴 – the Kebab restaurant with its authentic flavors 🍢, the Mexican with its vibrant dishes 🌮🌶️, and the Italian with its delicious pasta & pizza 🍝🍕. Every meal was fresh, tasty, and served by staff who were always smiling and ready to help 🤝😊. What I loved most is the hospitality 💖 – everyone is friendly, cooperative, and welcoming, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere 🏖️. That’s why I came back again, and I’m sure this won’t be my last visit!

Positive: The hotel is big, the rooms are spacious, food is good and the best of all is coral reef right on the beach. So beautiful!
Negative: The only thing that bothered us is very noisy AC in our room, but since we travelled in March we were quite comfortable without turning it on.
