From the moment we arrived, We were greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff who made us feel right at home specially Shehab at the lobby and Lotfy the bellman. The hotel's service was impeccable, every request we had was promptly taken care of with a smile. The attention to detail and the level of care provided by the staff was truly exceptional. Now, let's talk about the food absolutely exquisite! The hotel's restaurant served some of the most delicious meals. From breakfast to dinner, each dish was expertly prepared, beautifully presented. The variety of options available catered to all tastes, and I found myself looking forward to every meal during my stay. And last but certainly not least, the hospitality at this hotel was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, always checking in to see if there was anything else they could do to enhance our experience, their genuine care and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, welcoming, and unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Positive: i recently stayed at Sunrise Tucana and had a wonderful experience. The best part was the convenient layout - all the key facilities and amenities were located very close to each other. The food quality was fantastic, with delicious meals at the hotel restaurant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sunrise Tucana and would highly recommend it. The convenient property, excellent food, and friendly service made for an excellent visit.
Negative: Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the Sunrise Tucana. With a few enhancements like shuttle service, it would be an even more excellent hotel experience.

Positive: The resort is incredibly beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff ist very helpful and nice. I want to mention Moataz from reception who made huge effort at my checkout at midnight as he made sure that I get some midnight snacks for the travel home and as I recognized at the airport that I forgot my airpods in the hotel room he found them and let them bring to me to the airport! What a wonderful and caring receptionist! Will come back for sure!
