Positive: The hotel are located front line of Makadi Bay. Staff was very friendly and clean. The hotel is a member of Jaz Group Hotel chain. You may easily reach the corals via Jaz Makadinat jetty, there are also coral maps on the beach. Reception was very helpful, room was clean.

Positive: The place is directly at the beach therefore the property has the best possible location. For snorkelling this place is amazing. Even the people with less experience can stay near the beach and see a lot of fishes. The earlier you go the clearer is the water and the more fishes you see. At the restaurant you have food for every taste, therefore you find always something really tasty for yourself. The staff is super nice and will help you with every request. But by writing you will not understand it, you have to come one time to get the experience.
Negative: In the first days it is not so easy to find the fastest way to your room but after 1-2 days you will know it.
Summary: Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff, amazing beach.

Positive: it was really nice, bright and clean and the staff was super friendly (thank you Khair and Mahmoud in particular for exceptional service and friendliness during our stay) and the animation team!
Negative: itโ€™s a bit too smoker friendly in my opinion. It would be nice if there was designated smoking areas instead of allowing people to smoke everywhere all the time (like split the beach in half into a smoking area and a smoke free area). I didnโ€™t like having to passive smoke all the timeโ€ฆ The matress was on the firmer side, which didnโ€™t work well with our weight but it would be comfortable for others I think.
