La Nicchia is located in Nogarolo, a stone village, municipality of Tarzo in the province of Treviso, the "Painted City", with its many churches and romantic views.
Nogarolo is an ancient village, near one of the oldest forests in Europe, the Cansiglio Forest, rich in beech-woods and inhabited in times not far from the Cimbri.
For fans, there is no shortage of trails to walk or bike, the possibility of paragliding and horse riding nearby.

"La casa dei Nonni", built on two floors, was created from the renovation of an old stone house whose exposed beams and terracotta ceiling are preserved on the top floor. typical of ancient houses of the past.
On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, on the first floor a living room with TV and a sofa that can become a comfortable bed.
On the second floor a large, beautiful and romantic double bedroom with the possibility of adding two more single beds if needed.

Summary: We stayed a week and loved the beautiful place. Gabriele was an excellent host. The kitchen was a little bit small for 5 people. Other than that, everything fine!!!

Summary: A great little place to stay for excursions in the Prosecco region, or to the Dolomites. The host, Gabriele, is friendliness pur and very serviceminded, his description of small and longer trips in the region were very helpful. This is a stay we recommend.

Summary: We had an amazing stay at this place. Beautiful house, lovely neighborhood and great host! Always very friendly. Besides, the house was very clean and on walking distance there was a very nice restaurant. Perfect place to stay in quietness and have the opportunity to visit beautiful places nearby, such as prosecco winery's, Venice, lakes etc. The owner provided a lot of very good information about it. We will definitely recommend staying here :)

Summary: Gabriele was a lovely host - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The house was obviously well-loved and looked-after, which could be seen in the quality of the furnishings and equipment as well as the cleanliness. There was lots of information about what to do in the local area, and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. Thank you.

Summary: We really enjoyed our time in Nogarolo, Tarzo. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, well equipped and comfortable and the website description and photographs provide an accurate overview. The owner, Gabriele, was very kind and extremely helpful. He was always available when we needed anything. Thank you Gabriele. There are many interesting places to visit which are within easy driving distance of the apartment. The region abounds with beautiful old villages and towns, each with their own fascinating history and architecture. Even on a short walk from the apartment you can get a good taste of the ambience of the region and see some of the local Proseco grape vines. There are also some nice hiking and biking trails, particularly in the prealp hills where there are spectacular views and meadows full of wild flowers. Gabriele provides lots of information about the local area and great ideas on how to spend your time. If you are interested in seeing a beautiful part of rural Italy, we recommend this holiday.

Summary: I was there in August with my husband, parents and daughter ... but only now found the time to write something:-) Wonderful place, quiet, clean, house good equipped. Great base to Venice, Padua, a and in around a lot of great things to see. The owners, nice smile and serving help. I missed this place .... and my daughter missed the little boy from Nogarolo ...
