Unit 216 is a cute 1 bedroom, one bathroom condo with partial lake views of Paugus Bay. Great location! Less than 10 minutes to Weirs Beach, directly diagonal to the Margate (0.2 miles) and the Bank of NH Pavilion and 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain.
Sit on the balcony and enjoy the fresh air in the morning and play at the lake all day long. You can also come watch the leaves change in the fall and ski in the winter! Wind down your evening by watching the sunset, cooking in the kitchen with your friends and family or dining at Myrna's, the delicious Italian restaurant, downstairs. There is a supermarket right down the block to buy groceries and treats.

Summary: My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this property. Great location for us and everything we did. Property was clean, decorated nicely and had everything we needed during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Summary: I cannot say enough about how incredible our stay was at this property. Communication and check-in were seamless, and when we arrived with the AC already running, and snacks and drinks in the kitchen already waiting for us, we knew we had made the perfect choice for our NH adventure. Proximity to local waterways, eats, and shopping were ideal. We could walk to and from the grocery store to make dinner in the kitchen, watching magnificent sunsets out the balcony doors, over the bay and mountains. Covered parking was also appreciated for easy loading and unloading, especially on rainy days. It was a dream -- I feel like we won the lottery with this find! We will be back.
