This home has been updated from top to bottom including the kitchen with new appliances and granite counter tops, all 4 bathrooms have been completely redone, new paint, fixtures, molding, and doors throughout the whole home, in addition to new furniture throughout. A tankless hot water heater to accommodate those family members who lose track of time while showering! New AC & Heating with zones on each floor to keep everyone comfortable.

The unique floor plan allows for five levels of living space to gather and entertain or quiet rooms to escape to for privacy. Summary: This is the third time myself, my 3 girls and 6 grandchildren have stayed here for a 3 night weekend . The grands range in age from 6-17. This house and its layout work perfectly for us . Lots of space to be together but also space when privacy or quiet time is desired. The house is always clean and comfortably furnished. The location is perfect with the view of the ocean from the living room and deck. It’s a very short walk to the beach . The communication with the host is always prompt. It is great to have a house that you can feel confident and comfortable renting time and again . Hope to return next year !

Summary: The house and location were amazing. Communication with owners was great. The only thing was towels and sheets are not included which it really does not mention in the listing that they are included but it would be nice to have it mention that they are not included. Diane and family

Summary: We had 8 college friends stay over at the house celebrating our 50th reunion from Penn. We also had 5 other friends from our class visit us during the day. The house was ideal for our group. The beach front location was ideal for our group. The kitchen and dining/living space easily handled us and was ideal for spending time together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also perfect for our group. This is a great house with great hosts!

Summary: Our families had a great time at this beautiful home. Everything you need for nice vacation is here. This house has the best equipped kitchen of any VRBO place I have ever seen, and the gas grill on the deck is bbq masters dream. The beach is clean and it's in a great spot- 30 mins from Cape May/Wildwood, 30 mins from Atlantic City and 15 min from Ocean City boardwalk.
