Beachfront corner (Landis and 25th St) home with Panoramic ocean and bay views! Elevator! 3 walls of windows (due to corner property) with lots of light and incredible unobstructed views. Spacious oceanfront living room and bay view Dining room. Gourmet kitchen with wet bar. 2 master suites. Lots of on and off street parking. Life guarded beaches to the right and left of our property. We offer views from Atlantic City to Avalon. Wireless Highspeed internet included along with beach tags. NO STREETS TO CROSS – Our home is on the beach and access to the beach is at our property on 25th street, less than 50 feet from our front and side doors.

Summary: This was our second stay a Karl and Fran’s lovely, oceanfront home and we had a fantastic stay. The location can’t be beat: steps from the beach and spectacular views throughout the house. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hosts were communicative and helpful. We will definitely be returning.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this house for a special family weekend during the off season. We truly enjoyed every second thanks to this gorgeous home, view and accommodations provided. The house is perfection, the hosts are responsive, caring, and attentive to detail in their communication as well as in their home feature selection. We could not have had a better stay, and are hoping to get back again next year!

Summary: This is our second time staying here! We love it! The location is perfect! It's like a private Beach! It's a short drive, or nice walk into the town. The house is nice, always super clean, and plenty of beds! It has everything you could ever need! The outdoor showers are so nice and convenient! We love this house and hope to continue to stay here for many Summers to come!

Summary: This is such a beautiful beach house and the location is perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much, and hope to return next summer. The house was very well equipped with everything you could ask for! The homeowners were great and answered all of our questions and communicated with us throughout the rental process. We traveled half way across the country to visit family and spend time at the beach and this everything we were looking for in a beach rental! Thank you!

Summary: Our family cannot say enough about how great this experience was! Karl and Fran were great with communication, and made the process so easy and were a pleasure to work with through the whole experience! The location of the home is absolutely perfect. You couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s a short walk to the beach…and this particular part of the beach is like a private beach! The home comes with everything you could need! Bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. There are heated outdoor private showers, which are so convenient! It was a great experience! Thank you Karl and Fran!
