Shorehaven 1, near Cherry Grove. Beautiful condo, clean and well maintained. Sleeps 4. 1 King size bedroom and one Queen. With front and back balconies in a beautiful small complex. Cable and high speed internet for those that need to stay connected. Just south of Cherry Grove and 3 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for girls getaway, Golfers or family vacation place.
Kitchen is well equipped including Keurig coffee maker, griddle, blender, Instant pot, etc. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes and silverware.
The dining area seats 4 adults, and the open kitchen bar area seats three additional diners.
Living room has flat screen 55 inch smart TV.
Each bedroom has its smart tv, its own private bath and both bedrooms have sliders to back deck that overlooks the pool and grill area.
Master Bedroom has a small desk and chair, shall you have to work remotely.
Front deck overlooks street and Shorehaven 2's pool.
Washer and dryer in the unit.
All linens and paper goods (to get you started) are included. You can pack light for this trip as this condo has; Hair dryer, iron, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, bath towels, extra blankets , etc
Easy access to all the major roadways. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, fishing, golfing and many other activities.
Association Rules; No Pets (for tenants), no motorcycles, golf carts allowed in the complex and renters must be over 25.

Summary: This home is beautiful. This owner takes pride in her home. It’s spotless, decorated beautifully, warm and inviting. You have no problem kicking off your sandals and putting up your feet. Summary: We rented this location for friends who were ministering at our church because we wanted to give them space and time to relax with their family while in this area. They loved it - they told us several times how wonderful the place was, how it was stocked with simply everything they needed, and the location and access to the beach were perfect. They thoroughly enjoyed it and recommended it to us to use again. The owner was very quick to respond and accommodate our request to allow for an earlier check-in - and was very responsive.

Summary: This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in! There even appeared to be new shower curtain liners, which is a huge deal to me, and a clean stove and refrigerator. There were no hand or fingerprints on door frames! We enjoyed the short walk to the beach with the chairs and cart provided, and evening walks around the complex, which was also very well-kept and quiet at night. Thanks Maria!

Summary: This condo is absolutely wonderful...it exceeded our expectations. The location was great...easy walk to the beach, very short drive to restaurants and shopping. Pools were clean and well maintained. The condo was very well equipped with everything needed for a week’s stay. We’ve rented many homes through VRBO and this experience was by far the best. Maria goes above and beyond to make her guests comfortable. This place would be great for a couple’s getaway, small family or girl’s/guys getaway. 5 stars all the way!!!

Summary: The online pictures do not do this property the justice it deserves. The condo was immaculate upon check-in and the property was extremely well-provisioned. Our family (two adults and two children under 12) stayed for four nights and everything we needed was on site. The owner was in touch with us from day one and took great care to ensure our stay was perfect. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a long weekend getaway for their family at Cherry Grove.

Summary: This property proved perfect for our long girls weekend trip. The neighborhood was very safe & friendly and a short 3 minute walk to the beach. The house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. This house has everything you need from linens to kitchen utensils to dishes and so much more. The owner was extremely thorough and timely in her communication. It was overall a lovely experience and we are already planning to stay there again on our next girls trip! 5 Stars!
