Summary: This home was perfect. We had a business trip and turned it into a long weekend with family/friends. Great location to easily get downtown and still sneak away to Colorado Springs. Host was fantastic on communication and giving recommendations. We will be back!

Summary: We came to visit my son who is a student at University of Denver and this location was absolutely perfect. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay. We also loved hanging out in the garage playing shuffleboard. Cool bonus!

Summary: Everything worked out great with this location. It was easy access to DU and the home accommodated all of us comfortably. It was comfortable and clean. Summary: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for our out of state group. We were here for a brief visit and wedding. The house was conveniently located with easy access to shopping, major highways, etc. Great Bagel shop around the corner plus grocery store across the street. We loved everything about this house and would recommend it to anyone visiting Denver.Owners were great communicators and provided everything needed.

Summary: The house was cozy and clean! We loved lounging in the backyard, it was a nice little oasis for drinking coffee in the morning. Great location for getting around to hotspots in town. Very happy with our stay, thank you!

Summary: My family (me, my husband, 19 yr old daughter, her friend, 23 yr old daughter, and her boyfriend) all stayed in the house. It was for our oldest daughter’s graduation from DU. House was perfect size. Very comfortable. Plenty of sleeping room. Clean and had everything we needed. Game room in garage was an added bonus. Many shuffleboard games were played. Location to restaurants, grocery store (literally across the street) and downtown Denver was perfect. Everything was within 20 minutes or less. 5 minute drive to DU. Walking distance to many places. Definitely eat at The Brutal Poodle. Denver Beer Company is a great place to go for families with kids of all ages. Overall, I would definitely recommend the house. Would stay there again!!!
