Summary: The house is wonderful! The furnishings are great and the beds are comfortable. We had a total of 8 people which includes a great Grandpa and two little ones at 2 years and less. The place was super for our family. Everyone had their own space but it still offered plenty of room for all of us to hang out together. Also, the location is ideal. The house is located 5 minutes from RMNP or 5 minutes from Estes. While you are away from the crowds, within a couple of minutes you are right back in the action. I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Very large and homey house was perfect for our visit to RMNP. Very private, safe and quiet home with everything we needed to relax, make our own meals and be at the Park in just minutes. Our late September visit was a great time to visit with the Aspens in their bright golden glory! There were just 3 of us in the house, but it would be perfect for 4 couples or a large family. Wish we were still there!

Summary: Everything about this place topped our expectations: the location, the forested setting, the well-equipped and well-appointed accommodations. There is a drip-drip-drip in the lower-level bathroom that needs fixing (just a heads-up to the owner) but that did not detract from our stay. One odd thing, though, is that we were led to believe there would be only barebones supplies, but we had everything we needed, including plenty of TP, foil/plastic wrap/bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels and the like. We were mystified by the disconnect, but we're not complaining! In fact, we're talking about booking again next year. It's perfect!

Summary: Comfortable furniture, lovely well-equipped kitchen. Nice laundry room and great bathrooms. Mountain view from the deck and close to the river (you could hear it with the windows open). Living room, family room, and all four bedrooms had TVs. There is a cute playground, if you have little ones.

Summary: Nice place clean and good mgmt. Only negative is the deck is scary high since this property is on a steep slope. We didnt feel comfortable letting kids out.

Summary: We loved the house. It’s comfortable, roomy and has a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed walking to the river and our little granddaughter loved the playground. Hope to return soon!

Summary: It was really a nice rental. Usually stay up in Keystone but this was really nice for the price. Heater didn't work well no matter what we sat it at but other than that, it was great
