Positive: Location was perfect, the home has plenty of space and well outfitted. There are also electronic locks which is very convenient. Plenty of clean linens. Wifi works pretty well, and there are plenty of things to do with the family indoors, such as games, movies, bbq, etc.
Negative: It would have been nice to have a few extra trash bags, especially since the HOA trash site is a bit down the road. There were some minor plumbing issues, which I reported. The property responded immediately, so they are likely fixed by now. Overall, we were pleased with the property and would come again.
Summary: Wonderful time in Estes Park.

Positive: LOCATION WAS AWESOME. HOUSE WAS EVEN BETTER. IT WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS. THE WEATHER WAS RAINY AND SO WE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AT HOME AND IT WAS AN AWESOME HOME TO HANG OUT IN. NICE BALCONIES AND RUNNING RIVER MADE FOR BEAUTIFUL EARLY MORNINGS.

Positive: Comfortable, clean, included linens, kitchen and bath clean. Location was good. Nice to have refrigerator in garage with ice. Loved eating on the porch as a family.
Negative: No air conditioner. We followed all recommendations to keep the house cook, but the skylights and uncovered windows allowed the house to get too warm. Box fans didn’t work well.-low air flow, loud, bounced around. Besr flow through doors but not a safe way when sleeping or away.

Positive: The location was very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park, the YMCA horse stables, and the rest of Estes Park. We also enjoyed staying close to the Big Thompson River.
Negative: I don’t have any complaints. But anyone who stays in this home needs to consider that there are lots of stairs, as it is a multi level home.
Summary: Beautiful spacious home with excellent deck views.
