Summary: I have been renting this place for years. The location is very nice for fishing the St. John’s River and the management team is great! The property is very well maintained and the property is clean and has all the features that make it easy to bring your own boat and enjoy the water. The owner has been very helpful, always helpful and very friendly. It’s a great place to stay!

Summary: I have been here before and have never been disappointed. Unfortunately (for me) the fish weren’t biting, but the location allowed me to get some much needed rest (recovery from 2 major surgery’s in the last 6 months). The visit was cut short because of weather but well worth the trip. As before, the “next door neighbor” Jack, was extremely helpful and always willing to talk about daily issues; Thanks

Summary: We had an amazing time in Welaka with this incredible house as home base. We probably had more fun playing on the dock than we did running around on the boat. My son was occupied for hours tossing the cast net and fishing, with pretty decent success. The house was better than advertised and had everything we needed and then some. The host were awesome and we had some laughs. I'm sure they would have immediately addressed any issues if we would have had any. We all look forward to visiting again.
