3 Bedroom House in Welaka

One of the few park models with a River view from the backyard and home. The 1 BR-1BA park model is located in the Lazy Days Resort in Welaka, FL. There is an attached sunroom with a double bed and room divider for privacy as well as a comfortable double futon in the living room area. Sleeps a total of 7 people. The home has an additional screened-in porch and deck located at the back of the property with a gorgeous view overlooking the river! You also have use of a community pool, dock, fish cleaning station and boat slip. The rental is very close to several of the favorite "local" watering holes and restaurants and we offer a golfcart for a small additional fee. Bring your boat or rent one locally to fish or spend a leisurely day at one of the nearby springs. The Manatees come into the springs during the cold months and they are awesome to see.

Summary: The house was extremely clean. Stocked well with everything you need. Everyone in the park was friendly. My family and I felt so safe! We did 4 springs on our 3 day stay and ate the most delicious food. Highly recommend Lexi’s for breakfast and shrimpsrus for dinner! Kim was great and full of good tips for the surrounding area!
