Summary: Our family loved staying here. All of the condos had an excellent view of the ocean and resort type service from staff. The pools, food, water sport equipment, and activities were wonderful and made the time fly. The property manager (Ken) reached out with a lot of excellent information regarding check-in, amenities, and local highlights. He was very helpful and available for questions. We would definitely book here again!

Summary: We’ve been to the USVI over 20 times. The Ritz is the nicest resort property on St Thomas / St John (like the Westin st John a lot, but a bit too spread out for us).The pools are great. The rooms are nice. The gym is good.The food is substandard. The beaches at the property are not super inviting, but for us, the quality and cleanliness overrides this.Ken is a great host. Responsive. Does what he says he will do. Will rent from him again.
