Modern villa in a 1100 m2 plot at a walking distance from Famara beach and great views to the ocean, The house, for up to 7 people, has three bedrooms and two complete big bathrooms (one en-suite) , very well equipped kitchen , spacious dinning room with window doors and a great terrace with a big pergola and chill out area fully furnished. Private pool with solar thermal cover, one big chill out bed and two sunbeds, and two extensible awnings. Front garden with stunning views of the surrounding Famara mountains. There is also a back garden with BBQ area with pergola, outdoor cold and hot water shower and a play kid area with wooden cabin, All bedrooms have complete furniture including big closets. The house is fully equipped: WIFI, smart TV, satellite dish, Induction cooker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, microwave , dishwasher, washing machine , clothes dryer, hair dryer, babycot, children¨s high chair, etc... The en-suite bathroom has a big round bath and a shower. The other bathroom has a big shower. Parking space in the street, right in front of the house. Private urbanization with barriers to acces the street.
Famara Beach is 250 m distance from the house.

Summary: Famara is awesome and Maria's place is lovely. I wish I were still there to soak in the view, hear the wind rushing through the palm fronds, and walk along the beach. I hope to return soon.

Summary: From the photos of the portal you could already see that the accommodation is spacious and tastefully furnished. However, that one of the bathrooms is only accessible from one bedroom, is not that obvious, which could possibly be important for a larger group. (We were just 3 people, but there are so much more sleeping opportunities...) A very nice surprise was the outdoor shower. The kitchen is super well equipped (except for the somewhat dull knives (a sharpening device was available but we were simply not gifted to use it)), modern induction cooker, enough cutlery and crockery for a large group, even food boxes for excursions. Unfortunately, the marquises at the pool did not work, but the spacious terrace is not far away if you are looking for shade. The landlady is super nice and helpful: One day (Sunday) a fuse kept tripping - the same day an electrician came and fixed it. Great!!! This stay will stay in our memories for a long time - not least because of the great view of the sea, of the "desert" and indescribably spectacular sunsets. We will be very happy to come back!

Summary: Location is awesome. The house was really nice. The kitchen is really well equipped. But the gate didn’t work so you had to park outside. Last two days the warm water didn’t work.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay, the property was perfect for us to relax, but at the same time offered our children (4 and 7) plenty to do. Once we’d done a larger shop for the week at a large hypermarket back near the airport there was no real need for us to go far which was perfect…some lovely local restaurants (including one 5 mins walk), and the beach (although be careful of the waves even when paddling with children!) are so close. The property offers so much outdoor space you could be a party 3 times the size of ours and it wouldn’t feel crowded, and the views of the sea one way / mountains the other is amazing! The pool isn’t massive but absolutely perfect for our children, and the fence around it offered us the peace of mind they wouldn’t venture there without us. The kitchen is perfect for cooking through the week when required. The property was super clean. The host Maria was also on hand via WhatsApp to offer any help we needed during our stay which was appreciated. Maybe the only small things I would offer as areas to improve would be it would be nice to include a bit of info (one sheet of paper) for guests such as tips on the local area, and a few things about the property i.e. there’s a great first aid box which we didn’t find until the end of of stay and had to go out and buy some plasters for the children during our stay. Also maybe leave a couple of dishwasher tablets for guests. I’m being very picky here as genuinely these things were no issue and we had a truly amazing stay, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Lanzarote away from the busier areas and resorts. Truly peaceful and relaxing stay!
