This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, kayaking, and year-round fishing. Watch the eagles soar, and bunnies hop around. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, 2 pedal boats, and 2 standup paddleboards provided.

Summary: Nicely remodeled cottage core style cozy home. Peaceful and picturesque views and access to the lake. We really appreciated the coffee bar, nicely covered patio seating area, Corn Hole, Badminton, and watercraft toys, and board games. Also loved the chairs on the dock, so we did not need to carry any down there.We found everything we would need, and owner was quick to respond when we had a couple of questions. We will definitely return! Thank you!

Summary: I spent a few days there with 4 teens and we loved it! Lake Martha is gorgeous and quiet and the place has all the outdoor toys you could want. The house had everything we needed and is quaint but not overly cutesy like some rentals. There were no gratuitous signs telling me I was at a lake, which I appreciated! I would 100% stay there again.
