Positive: The views are stunning, the beds are comfortable, and with good company this place is amazing. There were plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, mugs, pots, pans, and cooking tools to cook for our large group of 14 adults. There was a BBQ, propane firepit, kayaks, outdoor chairs, towels, and SUPs for us to use too. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. The top 3 floors all had portable AC units too. We came during the summer so we spent most of our time outside and on the patio. Thank you for a very lovely stay!
Negative: There are small ants in the kitchen which are harmless; you just have to be mindful of what you leave out on the counter. The kitchen and bathrooms are dated, but still functional and well stocked. The one suggestion I have for the owners is to add a place to hang wet clothes, towels, and bathing suits in the bathroom, bedroom, and hallway downstairs. Other than that, there were some small maintinance needs here and there as expected with any home (i.e. loose cabinet door, loose panels in the french doors, stuck windows, bird droppings on the top floor patio), but none of these things distracted us enough from a great visit.
Summary: Memorable. Great place for large groups, large families and water activities.

Positive: Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable rooms and clean. Owner very helpful in helping us retrieve some clothes we’d left behind.
Negative: Communication was clunky having to go through booking.com. We asked for early check in and didn’t get an answer until just an hour before when it was clear (as we were in the area) that the house had not been occupied the night before. Given the size of the house and the cost it was surprising to me that an answer — even if it was no - couldn’t have been provided sooner given the number of people we were trying to coordinate.
Summary: It was our son’s wedding week end and the house worked for our extended immediate family.

Positive: The space and the home. We are a huge family and it accommodated us perfectly. Pet friendly location was a plus. We didn't get to enjoy the beach but definitely plan on coming back next year! Support was easily reachable when needed to ask questions.
