Summary: We enjoyed our stay over Christmas so much! There was something for everyone with the hot tub, beach, yard for dogs, and kid corner under the stairs. It felt secluded yet also close enough to drive to Woodinville and other attractions.

Summary: We stayed at the house over Thanksgiving and it was a perfect gathering spot. The house is roomy and the kitchen is well stocked. The setting was lovely with a view from the living/kitchen area and a very short walk to the water. There is a small park with swings that our 3 grandhildren thorougly enjoyed. The house was clean and comfortable and we could not have been happier with our few days.

Summary: This house was the perfect stay for my entire family! Traveling with kids and dogs, we couldn’t have asked for a better place! We stayed for the Fourth of July and it was amazing to see the fireworks with a beautiful view while still being quiet inside for our kids to sleep. They were very responsive with any questions I had. It’s a very relaxing area to stay and enjoy some quality time with family. Quiet neighborhood and very easy access to the waterfront! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: This property has everything a group of disc golfers needed for a tournament at Kayak Point. It was just 12 minutes away from the course. It has a capacious hot tub, and 5 bedrooms. We grilled all 3 nights on a modern gas grill and ate on Good quality plates. Then we could watch the sun go down from the water-facing balcony. Each neighbor walking by said hello and warmly welcomed us to the neighborhood.
