Positive: A friendly welcome, a large room with somewhere comfortable to sit, a four poster offering a good nights sleep before an excellent breakfast and great walking nearby, not to mention the more than spacious shorwer and a birthday treat in the fridge.

Positive: Zoe and her husband welcomed us like we were part of the family. The size of room was perfect, the shower massive! We did like the breakfast, it was delicious - I guess produces were really fresh. The property is in a nice, quiet part of the dales, plenty of walks to do!
Negative: It was too short! We hope to get back soon, and enjoy more both the property and the surrounding.
