Positive: There was a lot of space and the room was clean. Tim Hortons 1 min away so great for breakfast.
Negative: Could have had a bit more rom for a family room. It was just outside town - but only a 5 min drive to the shore (or 15-20min walk).
Summary: Decent place just outside of town. I'd go back if there was nothing available closer to town.

Positive: Location was great with Tim Horton's a few steps away. It was very quiet and peaceful. Plenty of parking.
Negative: Some of the electrical outlets didn't work.The front porch is at a steep angle when sitting on the chairs.

Positive: The price is fair when compared to other motels and hotels in the city. The room was clean and well-kept. But it worth the money.
Negative: The building is old, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom, mostly due to the old plumbing system. Adding to the post after I received a message from the Motel. You can check the prints on the photo section. I've never seen someone so rude, does not know how to receive assessments. Instead of taking the evaluation as a point for improvement, it turns this into a defense mechanism. And yes, I won't book anymore. This is the message: "St. Andrews is one of the oldest cities in Canada. Most of the buildings here are over 100 years old. We have maintained and maintained the buildings to prevent unpleasant smells, but you seem to be particularly sensitive. Yes, our prices are about half of other hotels or motels. Please take this into consideration when leaving a review. 5 out of 10 is too harsh. It would have been more appropriate if there were bugs crawling around. Anyway, based on your rating, I would like to give you a 2 out of 10. Those who stayed in the same room the night before and the next day gave us an 8.5 and a 10. I will record your name and phone number so that I can politely decline your next visit.
