Casa Blanco is located in Greenwood Eststes on half an acre with a total square footage is 1,800 sq feet. This beautiful place has a one of a kind tranquil feeling and sandy beach just steps away. This 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom Villa with 3 outdoor showers is in a very desired area due to its abundant marine life amongst its coral reefs. Have fun snorkeling around the coral reefs, kayaking, and endless beach to walk and meditate on. There are a lot of coconut palms so you can make your own island drinks while watching the gentle waves coming in. Its such an amazing place to relax and feel the ocean breezes.

Summary: Truly enjoyed the beach and property. House had everything you would need. It was clean and neat. Good communication with owner prior to booking. Nicely landscaped. So close to a great beach. House cool and good hot water. Although I enjoyed opening windows and patio doors for wind and sound and sight of the waves crashing. Would definitely return and highly and highly recommend

Summary: It was as good if not better than last year. The owner has added more amenities to the property. The ice machine, beach umbrella and beach chairs were just a few great extras. We will be back

Summary: Simply paradise. Exactly what we've been looking for. Quiet, peaceful, remote and a beautiful home. It is listed as a UFO Hot spot? I figured it was just a creative promotion. With all of the UFOs in the news lately and the fact that it is in the Bermuda Triangle, I figure what the heck, I'll give it a shot. I sat out a few evenings and witnessed quite the show. If these are man made, it's beyond my comprehension. I don't know how to describe it, other than you have to see for yourself. We are not alone! Jesse H.

Summary: Greenwood Beach must be one of the most beautiful beaches in all The Bahamas. The house is very modern, clean, has every amenity and kitchen gadget one could wish for. Great floor plan. I hope to return to this property again and again. Because the location is quite a ways from town having a rental car is a necessity.

Summary: To put it succinctly, you simply won’t find a better rental home! We were looking for a private, comfortable house on a beautiful beach, and this home didn’t disappoint, It had every amenity one could ask for, plus some. Both the host (Raj) and caretaker (Izzy) were immediately responsive to any inquiries, and were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We spent two wonderful weeks there, and hope to return next year. Very highly recommended!

Summary: This property is well appointed inside and out. It is suited for a couple, couples or a large family. The house provides privacy for all. The website for this property is 💯 percent accurate. Beautiful home on a beautiful beach on a beautiful island! The owner Rajah and caretaker Izzy were very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They both were quick to answer questions and take care of our requests. The only suggestion we have for the property is that: 1. Directions and chargers be located near the electronic devices 2. Light switches be labeled inside and outside 3. Attach grill instructions to grill 4. Provide A book listing sites, restaurants, emergency phone numbers etc. 5. Provide A guest book to write our island experiences Overall this property was PERFECT 🌴 Cat Island is not for everybody. If you like peace, tranquility, adventure, beautiful sunrise and sunsets, rainbows and blue waters it is for you!

Summary: Appreciated the family feel of the residence. Supplies that families would need were provided....such as....toilet paper, spices, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent for dishwasher and also for handwashing dishes, shampoo & conditioner & hand soap. All went well. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had a dream vacation. The villa is located on the most beautiful beach in Greenwood. Miles of pink sugary sand on the beach, perfect for walking, kayaking, snorkeling and swimming. We didn’t encounter more than two or three people the entire day. The house is lovely, situated on a magnificent setting. Raaj was a wonderful host and always accommodating! Looking forward to returning! The house is spacious, tastefully appointed with comfortable beds. Perfect for relaxing indoors as well. If you are looking for quiet, privacy and beauty, this is the place.
