Summary: Overall nice place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping, on a dead end road no traffic. We really enjoyed the hot tub just a lot of work to keep taking the top off. Does take 2. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint i would have is the couch. Could only really sit in 2 spots. Other than that we would stay agin.

Summary: The property location is excellent, close to everything in Greenwood, the check in was good, great communication with the owner. The house has a high school party house vibe, it was very dirty, there were dead roaches and bugs inside of the house, everything was old and worn out. The bed sheets were not clean as I found other peoples hair on the pillows and sheets. Some parts of the house were broken, there were leftovers on the fridge, cabinets, bathroom. It looked like someone was still living there and left a bunch of dirty stuff and things behind.

Summary: We went to the 2023 Blues and BBQ festival and this property was the perfect alternative to a hotel. Spacious, welcoming and so convenient to town. Definitely recommend when visiting Greenwood!

Summary: The photos accurately describe the unit. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft and the bathroom clean which are my main needs. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Terrance was a responsive communicator and check in was easy. The only challenge was attempting to access the hot tub by removing the cumbersome covers and sediment in the hottub. I would definitely stay again.
