Summary: Extremely clean and quiet. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bathroom was well stocked with Dove products. Breakfast was adequate, several options and the area was very clean. The juice machine was not working so they had juice containers in the refrigerator. Would not hesitate to return.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Holiday Inn Suites at the mall in Greenwood, SC. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. There was plenty of parking available, which made arrival easy and convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice touch each morning. I enjoyed the turkey sausage, biscuits, and egg white omelet. While the pancake/waffle maker was unfortunately out of order during my visit, the overall selection was still satisfying. All in all, my stay was great, and I would definitely return. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality service.

Summary: The type of room reserved was not the type given. When this was question, we were told that was all they had left. Nothing was mentioned prior to us taking our luggage upstairs to the room. We paid for a room with 2 queen beds and received a room with 1 king bed and a couch. Unacceptable!!
