Summary: The location of this house was amazing. Right on a gorgeous, quiet stretch of beach. It felt very private. The house itself worked for our family. It would have been nice to include some extra basic amenities like toilet paper. But otherwise it was great.

Summary: The property location could NOT be beat! Best view Iv ever seen. Some things need updating, example, the kitchen counter top is coming up, fridge leaks water all over floor into kitchen, kitchen floor is only concrete and a rug on top, items inside are just older! Though old, it was clean! Also, the property managers were great! Check in/ check out was easy.

Summary: Excellent location. Really close to gift shop for beach supplies and close to grocery store for fridge supplies. Located on a besutiful quiet section of beach. Highly recommend.

Summary: We just returned yesterday and we loved this little place! It is one of the few smaller places right on the water. We sat every morning and had coffee in the screened in porch watching the waves. It was clean, had everything we needed (including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler and even rafts if you wanted it). There were only 2 of us and it would have been very small if our mostly grown kids came with us since it only has 1 bathroom, and the second bedroom is small with 2 twin beds. We could have managed though. You can rent both sides of the house for more space if needed. Since this area is mostly houses and a few with permanent residents right around it, it was a nice quiet, more or less private beach. And, the pictures are exactly like the house and the view.

Summary: The location was great, communicating with the property management was great, and the view was amazing. There were really only two main things that were kind of an issue. One - with no fault of the management or the duplex it self - it was just too small for us. There was two adults, two older teenagers, and two dogs... we needed more then one bathroom. The second, the kitchen needs to be updated. Our trip was kind of last min so worked great.

Summary: Great experience from beginning to end. House has everything we needed including an awesome view of beach and sunsets. Only steps to the beach where we set our chairs daily and were able to see dolphins and manatee.
