Positive: The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were very helpful. The hotel is well located too
Negative: I felt a little out of place. Has a solo black lady traveling alone, who just needed a weekend break from work. I felt so uncomfortable at breakfast, dinner and the bar during the evening concert. It's not the hotel's fault but from the other guests., I literally had people changing seats at breakfast to avoid seating next to me. On the positive, I took advantage of that and enjoyed the Sauna,the jacuzzi

Positive: The weather didn’t cooperate… but it would be an excellent location/beach when it’s sunny. An easy bus ride lead us right to the Cathedral
Negative: Very well trained staff . Great breakfast buffet .

Positive: The hotel is really lovely. I had never been to Playa de Palma and was surprised by the drinking culture there and everything associated with it. Fortunately Bierkoenig and Megapark are a bit further down the road. The hotel was like an oasis in the chaos, peaceful and clean. The food is very good quality and the choices are great. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Negative: Some noisy groups in the hotel but they were tolerable and the staff intervened.
