Villa Maravillas is a large villa for holiday rent in Mallorca, Playa de Palma, located in one of the most cheerful and lively areas of Mallorca: El Arenal - Las Maravillas. It is extended on a plot of more than 1000 m² and is located about 150 meters from the sea and famous Playa de Palma.
Villa Maravillas has an area of ​​300 m², distributed between two floors: the ground floor has an ample entrance hall, a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
A wide staircase leads to a spacious central distributor on the first floor, from which you access the five double rooms (one with a double bed and the other four with two single beds), and two complete bathrooms with showers. Three of the five bedrooms have access to outdoor terraces, with dining tables and views of the garden and pool.
Villa Maravillas has everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay: air conditioning in the living room and all the rooms (hot / cold), Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, washing machine, iron, sheets and towels, the kitchen equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven, freezer, coffee maker, and much more.
From the living room and kitchen, there is access to the covered porches with seating and dining areas and to the garden and pool area. This area offers a large swimming pool surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. In the highest part of the garden, there is a small seating area with a very different view of the villa. Additionally, there is another separate covered porch with a large dining table. The entire outdoor and landscaped area has special night lighting so you can enjoy them both during the day and in the afternoon/night.
The house is located just 150 meters from the promenade, well-known thanks to its long promenade with numerous bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, super- and minimarkets, etc. The island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, is about 20 minutes by car. It offers so much to see and do: cultural and historical heritage, shopping, unique architecture, including Palma Cathedral, La Lonja, Bellver Castle, etc.
Villa Maravillas is ideal for groups of friends and adventures in large families, lovers of the beach and nightlife, and admirers of long walks and bicycle excursions.

Summary: Villa Maravillas is in a great location, within walking distance of the beach and plenty of restaurants. The house is big enough to spread out and have some privacy, but also has comfortable common areas to gather everyone together. The pool and garden area is beautiful and relaxing, perfect spot to start the day with a cup of coffee. The checkin process was easy and clearly explained. Key pickup was located at the office and not the house, but both locations are easy to find and just a few minutes drive from each other. The office staff was friendly and helpful.

Summary: We travelled as a party of 6 adults and 3 children. The Villa was in a very tired state and in need of some TLC. It didn’t look anywhere near as nice as shown in the photographs. The Villa was full of ants when we arrived, all over the bedsheets. The furniture and decor was far from there prime condition. There were no glasses when we arrived so we had to buy our own plastic glasses. The lights in the pool didn’t work and the fridge kept overheating and therefore we were unable to keep the contents of the fridge cool enough. I must say however that I did report all of the issues to Slow Villas who responded promptly and tried their very best to resolve the situation. They sent the cleaners to the property to change the bed lined and delivered some glasses for us and agreed to a late checkout. On the positive side, the pool was nice and clean and the location was fantastic, in a central position and less than 5 mins from the beach.

Summary: Die Villa ist sehr schön. Der Garten und Pool ist super schön angelegt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Matratzen sollten mal erneuert werden und 2 Schlüssel für eine Gruppe ist ein bisschen wenig. Die Abwicklung über Slow Villas war super. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
