Summary: The hotel is very clean but I would challenge the 5* standard. It’s on a lively part of a strip which isn’t fitting - the rooms are dated but clean with basic amenities like instant coffee etc, for the price and rating you’d expect premium products. The breakfast was good and the service around the pool was excellent.

Summary: I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back!

Summary: Overall the hotel is comfy and nice. Breakfast spread is amazing. I came in mid April and air conditioning in room was not on and the room was very very warm. Would have appreciated knowing this before going.

Summary: Receptionist were not service minded, maybe they need proper course how to communicate and deal with clients. We use our mobil data all through out our stay. When we asked for the internett on our last day . The one in the reception answered back thar we are the only one who complains. And everybody were happy😂 House keeping does’nt do the vacuum or clean the room properly. Too bad for me who is suffering from allergi. The aircondition is not working, they wrote in their sites that they have aircontion. These things should be mention to avoid misunderstanding.

Summary: Lovely hotel, wonderful staff, great buffet breakfast. Hotel was walkable to all restaurants and located right on the beach. The weather was a bit chilly for this time of year. We took trips to see the Caves of Hams & a cab ride to Soller to see the port.
