Sonny Callahan public use airport; just 5 minutes to salt and freshwater fishing, 8 minutes to Quail Creek golf course, 30 minutes to the sugar-white Gulf Shores beaches, 30 minutes to Mobile, Alabama and less than an hour to Pensacola, Florida. The property is boat friendly, and free public boat launches are readily available. Golfing, biking, hiking, tennis, salt and freshwater fishing, kayaking, and boating are all popular activities in Fairhope. Summary: My week stay here was great. The cottage was quite relaxing and the perfect spot for all the places that I explored. Tessie was great upon meeting her and with the communication we had. I would definitely stay her again.

Summary: If 10 stars were available we would give Miss Tessie and her guest house all 10!! Cottage is very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the swing listening to the birds. Our only disappointment was that we had so much planned in the area that we didnt have more time to spend with Miss Tessie! We now need to plan another trip to LA just to be able to enjoy this wonderful accomdation.
