One of the best parts was renting electric bicycles directly from the property — super convenient and a great way to explore the area without hassle. Everything from the cozy tatami rooms to the quiet surroundings made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience rural Japan in comfort.

Positive: The staff is extremely friendly and made sure that we could enjoy our stay and the provided a friendly atmosphere. The food they prepared was honestly out of this world, for several parts I question if I've ever eaten a better version of it.
Negative: Technically the walls are really thin so if the atmosphere in the living room is great you might not be able to get an early sleep (I you fancy those). There is a be quiet rule for 11 pm so at least from that point onward you are definitely good to go for sleeping.
Summary: A very aesthetically pleasing Japanese countryside/mountain experience I've never had before

Positive: Amazing place surrounded by beautiful scenery. Kota and Kanako are super helpful and give a lot of information regarding activities to do around. E-bikes are available to visit the area and food is delicious. I wish I stayed more than one night!

Positive: The house is very beautiful and cozy, and the room had amazing views to the mountains. You could rent an electric bicycle to get to Ainokura and Suganuma world heritage sites. The house and the area were very peaceful, It was a good place to rest.
Negative: The town does not have a kombini or other conveniences, it is very small, so be prepared for that.

Positive: The accommodation location is excellent. The room has a very beautiful view. The hosts are very friendly and take good care of us. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean. I'm sorry we only stayed for one night. I still want to stay here a little longer. If we have the opportunity, we will definitely come back again. Initially, I was worried because it was our first time driving in the snow in Japan. But the route was very convenient and not difficult to drive at all. If you're considering staying here, don't hesitate. The view is stunning, and you have to see it with your own eyes.
Negative: We, four people, stayed in a shared room with eight people, including one Japanese or Korean individual. In the room, one person made a lot of noise both before going to bed and in the morning. They loudly gathered their belongings and chatted loudly until we woke up. We felt that we didn't get enough sleep. Dealing with roommates' issues can be difficult, and I understand that. Next time, I will consider renting a room for my family only, accommodating all eight of us.
Summary: The accommodation price is incredibly affordable, yet the view is absolutely priceless.

Positive: They have many bathrooms, a lounge room and a small kitchen. I was staying alone that night so they upgraded me to a private room for no cost. They also offered to drive me to the bus stop, I found it very kind and thoughtful. The family is very kind, the place is very clean and the environment is very cozy, I am very glad I visited them.
