Positive: The hotel and facilities within the hotel were very clean and well maintained and the pirate theme was immense. The place oozed ‘pirate’ which was fabulous. The waterpark was appropriate for all ages and kept everyone entertained and cool.
Negative: The location wasn’t too good for us as a family of 7 as we didn’t have a car and taxis were outrageously expensive (200 euros to travel 7 km). Local transport links were poor/non existent so we couldn’t venture anywhere without it costing silly money. Also we couldn’t take advantage of any of the entertainment as there was no English translation. Everything was in French which is understandable being in France, but we were surprised as other European holidays we have been on usually translate everything into several languages as they go along. This didn’t happen here so we couldn’t enjoy any entertainment and our little one couldn’t go to kids club due to the language barrier. All of this meant that our value for money was hugely impacted.

Positive: A fun atmosphere and great for kids 3-16 and the pirate theme was well done. A comfortable bed and lovely balcony but as grandparents it was not our first choice of hotel.
