This 3rd floor walkup is walking distance to the Habersham marketplace to enjoy shopping and restaurants, the waterfront parks, nature trails, and the tennis courts. You will be a short drive to downtown Beaufort and Port Royal and can enjoy all the amenities they offer.

Summary: This property is located in the Habersham community. The community is really nice and allows the community to be self sufficient without having to leave the property. This is a great rental for an Individual family. The loft is not super private so I wouldn't recommend sharing this with multiple families. It would be nice if one of the beds was a master size, but not a deal breaker. 3rd story is a little bit of hike each time. Screen porch is super nice!

Summary: We stayed a week in the sweet little property and we absolutely loved it. We instantly felt like we were home. Because we have a 21-month-old, our first task was to block off the spiral staircase. I researched this in advance and found that Saran wrap can be used as a baby gate, and it does zero damage to the property! We did not want to drag chairs across floors or attach anything to the staircase, so if you are bringing a small children, pack a roll of Saran wrap and you'll have no problems! The property is up about 30 or 40 stairs, and I can't recall seeing that being mentioned on the listing. When we arrived, there was only one roll of paper towel and two rolls of toilet paper which was easily fixed by a quick trip to the nearby Walmart. There were a few food items in the cupboards, but nothing in the fridge. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen as well stocked, and having laundry in the unit is incredibly convenient. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella in the closet, which was a nice surprise! I believe the listing says there are no beach towels, but there were five in the closet which we used nearly every day. Overall, this was a great stay. Habersham is absolutely beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, and we've heard the sunsets off the dock are incredible but we have young kids so we weren't able to see it - maybe next year! ;) Highly recommend this property!

Summary: Our second visit to Habersham with the family. It’s very quiet which is what we like. The views of low country are serene and relaxing. We rented bikes, which is a must for a family activity. We stopped and enjoyed sitting on a bench to take in the views of the water/low country. The pool is wonderful too. We loved dining at the Italian restaurant, Miremare, and highly recommend it. Beaufort is not far, maybe 15 minutes away, if you like more action. Many islands and beaches to visit that are within an hour drive.

Summary: Location was perfect. Habersham somewhat secluded but easy to get to. For rainy days, television needs to be upgraded to Smart TV. Would have preferred not to climb three flights multiple times carrying luggage.

Summary: We really enjoyed this property and the ease at which it was provided. Everything was on point, plenty of room, clean, and in a great location. We really enjoyed walking down to the restaurants and just hanging out on the back porch. Will definitely stay here again, everything worked perfect!

Summary: Very nice and clean, good halfway location for travel to Charleston and Savannah day trips. Beaufort is a quaint town with pretty downtown area.

Summary: Very out of the way location in a very quiet area away from all the jet noise in Beaufort and Lady's Island. We loved how quiet it was. The condo was quite lovely, very neat and clean. On the other hand and what you don't realize when booking is that it is a 3rd level walk up...no elevator option. Carrying luggage and groceries was quite the task to say the least. Had I known that info I most likely wouldn't have rented the property. Additionally, there's a spiral staircase leading up to a loft area with 2 twin beds. Adorable space but again, killer stairs ( I was aware of this from the pics). The 2 downstream bedrooms only had one full bed (no queen or king size beds in unit) in each room and my husband and I were super crowded and neither of us are large people at all. We still very much enjoyed our stay but would not rent again for reasons specified above.
