Summary: We did not enjoy the buffet breakfast at all. Also, was pretty surprised the outdated bathroom in the lobby. The staff were okay. Room was really nice. Pillows are very firm, was only there two nights but woke up with neck pain, achy shoulder and a headache. So if you are not used to that be aware.

Summary: Clean and spacious room, the breakfast and kaiseki dinner was excellent, traditional japanese cooking and Michelin-star like presentation. Very pleasant staff, Ari and all the others, too. Respectuous, friendly and ready to help. The onsen was a great experience. We had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: The rooms were great - clean and spacious. The dinner service was exceptional. The spa amenities were exceptional. However there was a bar smell on the hotel corridor.

Summary: We had a good time and felt we got value for your money. It was about a 20 min walk from the train station with some uphill. We only had small backpacks so it was manageable. If you have luggage, it might be better to take taxi. The hotel was a little dated but the onsen made up for that. Breakfast buffet was great and offered a good variety.
