Summary: From check In to check out it was an amazing experience. We were there to visit San Francisco and San Jose, the location was a perfect midway point between the two cities. The room/lodge itself was clean. We found the beds very soft and comfortable. The shower was hot. The pool/hot tub were great especially after walking so much (Alcatraz, lol). The staff was incredible! I don't know if I will be able to write it correctly, to do them justice. Very welcoming, great suggestions for area restaurants/events, professional and authentic. For example, I requested an extra blanket. When housekeeping came up in less than 5 minutes, he had options to make sure I was all set. It was really the small things that seemed to set this hotel apart from others. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: Very nice hotel. You can tell that it's an older property, but well maintained, with beautiful landscape and golf course views. My room was clean and spacious, and I loved the patio overlooking the recreational and relaxation space. The only "complaint" I have - terrible water pressure in the shower. It was practically a trickle, and I had a hard time regulating the temperature.
