Summary: Stayed here with 5 adults over the holidays in 2024. Good location in quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Pacific Palisades Village and several nice parks with good hiking trails. Close to towns of Santa Monica and Malibu and beaches; easy access to Century City, BH and Hollywood. Kitchen is small but extremely well equipped. Big grill and hot tub in back yard.

Summary: Stayed here with my four kids under 5 years old and it was just what we needed. Plenty of backyard space to run around and they were nice enough to provide us with a crib. Also had four adults staying too- we all had plenty of room to move, sleep, etc.

Summary: We stayed here for a vacation with extended family, and our group included young kids. Our hosts were very accommodating of our requests, including purchasing an extra pack-and-play for the property so the 2 babies would have a place to sleep! We loved the location: super close to beaches and parks and easy to navigate to grocery shopping and restaurants. The backyard was great for grilling and hanging out at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would rent again!
