Positive: We stayed here Dec 24 - Jan 05. The host, Lissete, is an adorable person, provided an outstanding service. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a long stay with a family. A bonus is the variety of illumination that makes evenings cosy. The location is just perfect - we had no issue reaching any point in LA or Malibu.

Negative: Dec 24 - Jan 05 was a rainy period. This is the only downside of your stay.
