Summary: My husband I were in Ohio for a family members celebration of Life. Check in went well. We were told our room was ready. We went to our room and found it was not ready. Check in starts at 3p. We were there about 3:15p. No big deal. We were given a different room. The room was nice and clean and served its purpose. The bed was comfy. Pillows not so much. The doors to the rooms are sprung so tight that when they close they slam shut and are very heavy doors. We could hear other guest doors slamming shut during the night. Breakfast in the morning was somewhat disappointing. They were out of some items. Potatoes werent cooked all the way through. I ended up just eating a banana and had coffee which that was good. This is just my honest experience.

Summary: The only hiccup was at check-in. The customers were looking at rooms on their phone and couldn’t decide which ones they wanted. It might have been helpful to offer 2 people to check in. The person checking is in was very nice and friendly and apologized for the wait.

Summary: There was no counter space in bathroom AT ALL. A room with 3 women,thats not good at all. We had to dig outta bags for 2 days.

Summary: I loved the location. The breakfast was perfect (waffle maker = win) the pool was warm and I felt safe even on the first floor. Staying again really soon
