Summary: The hotel neede a little sprucing up although it was clean. The airport shuttle was prompt. Breakfast offerings were very limited, no even any fruit.

Summary: It was a great hotel and even allowed us to check in to one of the rooms early to have somewhere for our luggage while they cleaned the other room. The only complaint I have is the noise. Not from the street but the other hotel room doors closing and opening. Great location though and the airport shuttle was great.

Summary: We stayed one night night in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise. The hotel offered a shuttle pick up for a charge, but it was cheaper for a family of 4 to Uber back from the port than to use the hotel shuttle. We did use the shuttle to the airport, which was free. Everything was comfortable and great. We got in at 11 from our cruise and they had a room ready for us early at noon.

Summary: The room was comfortable. Hot breakfast each morning never disappointed. Good internet. We had a family of 4 and there were 4 towels in the room which is rare for us. Many places were walking distance to the hotel. At the airport the free shuttle was full so we had to wait 25 minutes for it to return. The bathroom door slides shut, doesn't lock, and you can partially see into the bathroom through a crack so this was nightmare fuel for my 2 teenagers. Those were my only complaints.

Summary: The stay was an overnight with morning flight. All went well except - on check-in we were asked if/when we needed a shuttle to the airport - Wednesday at 09:00 - the desk agent made a note of the request for 09:00 on the Wednesday morning Apparently the note was on the page for the Thursday and the hotel had to call a cab for us (at the hotel's cost). In the end, all was well, but this left a sour taste in our mouths.
