Summary: This hotel was really good EXCEPT in noise level. Clearly there is zero soundproofing in the walls. Conversations spoken at normal volume are clearly audible from the hall, neighbors tv easily heard through the wall, luggage rolling down the hall comes through loudly…so sleeping past 7am is a challenge. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, pool and hot tub were great, breakfast AMAZING….

Summary: Overall the stay was ok. Pillows were flat, could hear neighbors tv, and the shower was mediocre. But, we slept and that is a win.

Summary: The room wasn’t cleaned well. There were ponytail holders on the floor. The breakfast also tasted old, even though I got food right after breakfast started. The bagels were rock hard. There was a variety of options though, which was nice.

Summary: Staff never serviced room, restocked towels, emptied trash, ect. Key cards didn’t work. When I originally called to book no one answered. I called 3 times.
