Positive: Hotel was quiet and breakfast was good.
Negative: Staff, although polite, failed to correct two issues I identified to them the day I arrived. 1. The black out blind would not roll up so I got no natural light in the room. 2. The desk lamp has no bulb in it. I immediately requested that both issues please be corrected and was told twice they would be immediately corrected. I checked in on Friday and checked out on Monday. Upon check out neither issue has been corrected. Very disappointed. I expect more from Hampton

Negative: The fan in the bathroom was on all the time and was exceptionally noisy. Interfered with our sleep. Also, we thought the price for our one night stay was much too much for a chain hotel.
